Kenien Counseling, LLC, is an out of network fee-for-service practice (except via Headway for Dr. Kenien). Cash, check, or credit card is expected on the date of service. We are an out-of-network provider and do not directly work with any insurance companies. At the completion of every service provided, an invoice is issued to the patient/client which may be submitted for possible reimbursement.

In the event you must cancel a schedule appointment:
Your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that the time can be used for other clients.
Cancellations occurring within 6 hours of a scheduled appointment will generally incur a charge of $75. Appointment No-Shows will generally incur a full appointment rate charge. We understand that emergencies and illness happen so please reach out to let the provider know so considerations can be made for waiving fees.
