RATES and INSURANCE

Health Savings Accounts 

Funds you withdraw from your Health Savings Account (HSA) are tax-free when used to pay for qualified medical expenses as described in Section 213(d) of the Internal Revenue Service Tax Code. The expenses must be primarily to alleviate or prevent a physical or mental defect or illness, including dental and vision. A list of these expenses is available on the IRS website, www.irs.gov in IRS Publication 502, “Medical and Dental Expenses.

In the event you must cancel a schedule appointment:

Your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.  If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that the time can be used for other clients.


 

Kenien Counseling, LLC, is a fee-for-service practice.  Cash, check, or payment through PayPal is expected on the date of service.  We are an out-of-network provider and do not directly work with any insurance companies.  At the completion of every service provided, an invoice is issued to the patient/client which may be submitted for possible reimbursement.

Child, adult, and family psychotherapy are typically covered as a reimbursed expense under most Health Savings Accounts (HSA's).
